It’s June and there are 30 days in June so what better time to start the 30 day fitness challenge especially as I have nothing to do now exams are over. I will also be doing some form of cardio most days as well to help shift these stubborn pounds of fat.

Today was hard. My muscles are still sore from doing lunges yesterday so the lunges hurt even more today. I also have to go shopping earlier and when I went down stairs I though my legs were going to give out. The push ups, squats and crunches aren’t that bad it is mainly the lunges. I also did 10 minutes of jogging before this so I got a bit of cardio in. I don’t have much stamina so I need to build it up. On Day 1 I was getting tired before 2:30 minutes, now I can last until after so I’m getting better. I hope to build it up to 30 minutes a day because that will be a good base calorie burn.
My legs are like jelly now from the lunges and I’m tired so goodnight.

I exercise because I love the way my body feels when I workout. I love feeling strong and healthy. I love challenging myself. I love laying in bed feeling like I gave the day everything I had. I love proving myself wrong.
I also love eating and taking care of my body. The more (and the better) I eat, the stronger I get. Eating and resting prevent me from wearing my body out. I listen to my body and rest when I need to, even if I’m not “scheduled” to rest, according to my plan.
Exercising is my main form of stress relief. I’m happier and healthier when I do it, so that is why I exercise 4-6 days a week.
This answer makes the PERFECT positive thinking self-talk to keep you motivated on your fitness journey. Repeat these words (or words like them) every day, and watch your motivation to exercise and eat healthy increase 100%. At first the words may feel untrue for you if you are not already doing some of the things above but the more you repeat them the more your subconscious mind will begin to accept them as true for you. A change of body, always begins with a change of mindset.
If you’re overweight and you’re eating healthy food, people will not take you seriously (because they expect that eating healthy food means you should have the perfect “fitness” body already, and if you don’t have it yet, clearly you haven’t succeeded or some shit).
If you’re skinny and eating healthy, people will be “concerned” for you because you need to gain weight.
If you’re overweight and you have a treat (that you counted in your macros and calories) or even a cheat meal that you’re aware of, they’ll ask if you’re sure you should be eating that… because won’t one meal hinder your weight loss? (and if you previously felt good about eating it because you know life is about balance, you begin to feel skeptical).
If you’re skinny and you work out, they will tell you that you don’t need to… because exercise is only for weight loss, apparently, and not strength.
If you’re overweight and you work out, people will not take you seriously (see first point) and they will always try to correct you because they will assume you don’t know what you’re doing.
tldr; people don’t know your goals, they don’t know your progress and they don’t know your body. You will be judged whether you choose to go for that salad or if treat yourself and go with the fries. You will be judged whether you’ve just started your weight loss journey or are ¾ of the way there. You will be judged whether you want to lose weight or if you’re happy with the way you are. trust your body and your goals, and do it for yourself x

Okay so I can’t do the latin burst just yet I’m way too unfit. I managed the first two dances before being exhausted so I’m just going to to the 20 minute express workout and then do a dance or two from the latin burst section to build up my fitness and eventually manage to do the whole thing
Why do witches like always wanna fatten kids up before they eat them?? fat is like the grossest part of meat
“Why hello there, little children~. Please follow me to my magical… FITNESS ROOM. NO P A N S I E S ALLOWED BEYOND THIS POINT. LEAVE YOUR WHINING AT THE DOOR BECAUSE IT’S LEG DAY AND WE’RE ABOUT TO GET R-R-R-RIPPE D.”
Because they’re always cooking said kids in cauldrons and ovens - aka long cooking times at lowish heat. If you do that to fatty meat, the fat melts completely and the meat gets tear-it-apart-with-a-fork soft. If you do it to lean meat, you get tiny little sad meat bits that bring no joy to anyone.
well you did ask
Also there’s wisdom in fattening them up on sweets and other carbs. A meatless, carb-rich diet makes for more tender and flavourful meat.
you are arguing over the semantics of EATING CHILDREN
Well yeah, you gotta get this shit right or it’s a waste of 40-80 lbs of meat.
plus if you feed them a high fat, low nutrition diet, they’re easier to subdue and less likely to run away, which would be a concern for an elderly crone.
